Skipper Jacks has been locally owned and operated in Moncton for the past 15+  years. The business first established its identity as a quick style take out fish n' chipery, but as the years went on so did the evolvement of Skipper Jack's Maritime Restaurant.
After undergoing a fire in Spring, 2014, and being closed for several months, we re-opened in December, 2015. With the reopening came a modern updated look that this now full service dine in restaurant deserved. The decor is modern yet comfortable making it appealing for both family night or date night.
Although our look may have changed over the last decade, we still continue to serve up the traditional local favourites, in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

We use the finest and freshest ingredients in preparing every meal. Even our lobster rolls are made from fresh Bay of Fundy lobster shucked right here in house.  We use no MSG in our batters, breading or spice.  Every meal is made fresh to order,  we wouldn’t want our food any other way and neither should you.


We are known for our delicious fresh cut fries which are cut & prepared daily to deliver the best product.


We have all the maritime seafood classics, such as fried clams, seafood chowder, fish n’ chips and lobster rolls but also offer many new innovative dishes such as the lobster grill cheese and fish tacos.


We feel our customers only deserve the best quality food and that’s what we strive to deliver.
